1. Who We Are

Cliora is a mobile sales notebook for Android and iOS, designed for field sales agents to track contacts, log interactions, and set follow-up reminders — entirely on-device.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Cliora does not:

• Require you to create an account or sign in.
• Transmit your contacts, reminders, or notes to Cliora servers.
• Sync your data to any cloud (backups are user-initiated and saved to where you choose).
• Track your in-app behavior, usage patterns, or analytics of any kind.
• Sell or share your data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Cliora stores the following data in a local database on your device (Core Data on iOS, Room on Android):

• Contacts — name, company, status (New, Hot, Warm, Cold, Customer, Lost), and any notes you enter.
• Interaction logs — calls, visits, and meetings you log against a contact, with timestamps and notes.
• Reminders — follow-up date/time, tied to the contact they belong to.
• App metadata — Remove-ads entitlement state, theme, and schema version.

This data never leaves your device unless you initiate a Backup export, in which case you choose where the backup file goes. You can clear all app data at any time through your device's app settings or by uninstalling.

4. Network Use

Your contacts and notes are stored only on your device, never on Cliora servers. The only times the app touches the network at all are:

• Remove ads purchase & restore — handled by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We never see or store your payment information.
• App Open ad (Free tier only) — Google AdMob serves an ad at launch when you have an internet connection. Removing ads disables it entirely; the free tier only needs internet to load that ad.

Cliora requests the following device permissions:

• Notifications — to deliver your scheduled follow-up reminders. Reminders are scheduled on-device and work offline; no push server is involved.
• Internet — to validate the Remove ads purchase and serve the App Open ad (Free tier).

You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's system settings. The core notebook flow (add contacts, log interactions, set reminders, view history) works without internet once ads are removed.

7. Children's Privacy

Cliora is a business utility tool not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and provided personal data through Cliora, please contact us at cliora.support@juanlobby.com.

8. Data Retention

All notebook data is stored only on your device. Cliora has no ability to delete it on your behalf as we do not have access to it. To delete your data, clear the app's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app. Backup files you create are stored wherever you saved them and are your responsibility to delete.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where required by law, we will notify you within the app. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
