Get up and running
01 — Getting Started
No account, just open it
There's no sign-up screen. Open Cliora and add your first contact — name, company, and a status (New, Hot, Warm, Cold, Customer, or Lost). The Today screen becomes your dashboard the moment you have a reminder due.
Today
Today's follow-ups, front and center — no dashboards to dig through.
02 — Contacts & Statuses
Six statuses keep your pipeline glanceable
Every contact carries one status: New, Hot, Warm, Cold, Customer, or Lost. Only Hot (red) and Warm (amber) carry colour — everything else stays neutral, so colour on screen always means something. "Follow-up" in the Contacts filter is a separate, automatic view of anyone with a pending reminder, not a status you set.
Contacts
Filter by status, or by who needs a follow-up.
03 — Logging an Interaction
Under 15 seconds, on the spot
Tap Log from a contact (or from the Today screen's shortcuts), pick what happened — a call, a visit, a meeting — and type a note. It lands on that contact's timeline immediately, so the next time you look them up you have full context before you dial.
04 — Reminders
Every reminder is tied to a contact
Set a follow-up date and time on any contact and Cliora schedules a local notification — entirely on-device, no push server involved. Reminders are grouped as Today, Overdue, or Upcoming, so the one thing you can't afford to miss is always the easiest to find. Settings → Notifications adds a once-a-day Daily Digest at a time you choose, plus Quiet Hours so reminders don't ping you when you're off the clock.
Reminders
Today · Overdue · Upcoming · Done.
05 — Backup & Restore
One file, your control
Settings → Backup exports your full on-device database — every contact, log, and reminder — to a single file you choose where to save. Restore brings it back on the same or a new device.
Settings
Agent name, reminder defaults, notification preferences, and Back Up / Restore — all in one place.
Good to know
There's no CSV import or export in Cliora — Backup & Restore (a single local file) is the only way to move or archive your data. Cliora doesn't sync to any cloud on its own, so this file is the only copy that exists outside your device.
06 — Remove Ads
One purchase, every device
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase via Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), available from Settings.
- Purchase: Settings → Remove Ads → confirm via Play / App Store
- Restore on a new device: Settings → Restore Purchase
- Refund: handled by Google Play or Apple — Cliora doesn't process payments directly
- Once purchased, the launch ad disappears and the app opens fully offline — every notebook feature was already unlocked
